These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "Member") and 14jl16 ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://14jl16.net ("Platform").

14jl16 is the Philippines' premier Black Diamond VIP online casino platform, providing slots, live dealer games, sports betting, e-sabong , bingo, and lottery services to Filipino players across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

Your use of the 14jl16 Platform — including browsing, registering an account, depositing funds, participating in games or promotions, or accessing any content — constitutes your unconditional acceptance of this Agreement. This Agreement applies to all users of the Platform regardless of the device, browser, or access method used.

These Terms & Conditions are to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

To be eligible to register and use the 14jl16 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• You are a natural person and not acting on behalf of a legal entity for the purpose of gambling on the Platform;
• You are physically located within the Philippines or a jurisdiction where access to online gaming platforms is lawful;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or officer of 14jl16 or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of such a person;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 14jl16 Platform or any affiliated gaming service;
• You are not registered on any national or PAGCOR-administered self-exclusion or problem gambling register that prohibits your participation in online gaming.

14jl16 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 14jl16 may result in the suspension or closure of your Account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) Account on the 14jl16 Platform. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether intentional or unintentional — constitutes a breach of this Agreement. 14jl16 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to confiscate any balances or winnings associated with them.

When registering a 14jl16 Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and mobile number;
• Maintain the accuracy of your registration information and update it promptly in the event of any changes;
• Not register using a false identity, an alias, or another person's personal information;
• Not use a VPN, proxy server, or other technology to disguise your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing eligibility restrictions;
• Complete the KYC verification process when requested, providing government-issued identification documents (e.g., Philippine national ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS card) and proof of address.

14jl16 may, at its sole discretion, decline any registration application without providing a reason. Accounts that remain inactive (no login activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee or closure in accordance with 14jl16's prevailing account management policy.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 14jl16 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP where available;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members or friends;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device;
• Notify 14jl16 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or suspected compromise of your Account.

14jl16 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from 14jl16 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

14jl16 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the account security obligations set out in this section. Any transaction completed using valid credentials will be treated as authorized by the Account holder unless 14jl16 has been duly notified of a compromise prior to the transaction.

All financial transactions on the 14jl16 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 14jl16 supports the following Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya / PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ.

Deposits: Deposit transactions are generally credited to your 14jl16 wallet within minutes of payment confirmation. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the cashier at the time of transaction. 14jl16 does not impose a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed;
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited;
• Any active bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal;
• 14jl16 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds prior to processing large withdrawals;
• Withdrawal processing times are: GCash and Maya — typically under 15 minutes for verified accounts; bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) — within one (1) Philippine banking business day; InstaPay and PesoNet — subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.

14jl16 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other violation of this Agreement. In such cases, 14jl16 will notify the affected Player and may require additional verification before releasing funds.

14jl16 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP program rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all 14jl16 bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to Players aged 21 and above who are residents of the Philippines;
• Each promotion may be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements are calculated on eligible real-money bets and/or bonus bets as specified per promotion — different games contribute at different rates to wagering requirements;
• 14jl16 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting promotional structures, using multiple accounts, or colluding with other Players;
• Bonuses have an expiry period stated in the individual promotion terms — unclaimed or unmet bonuses will be forfeited upon expiry;
• 14jl16 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

All Games available on the 14jl16 Platform operate under individual game rules published within the game interface. By participating in any Game, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules.

14jl16's slot and casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure game outcomes are random, fair, and independent of prior results. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios and are subject to the operating procedures of the respective studio provider.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on 14jl16's servers, the server-side result shall be the definitive and binding record. 14jl16 shall not be liable for losses resulting from technical issues on the Player's device, browser, or internet connection.

If a Game is interrupted due to a technical fault on 14jl16's systems before a result is determined, 14jl16 will, at its discretion, either: (a) restore the game to its pre-interruption state and allow the Player to continue, or (b) refund the relevant stake to the Player's wallet. 14jl16's decision on interrupted games is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 14jl16 Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and where applicable, reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are accessing from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or similar technology to circumvent geographic or eligibility restrictions;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any Game — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in an automated manner;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 14jl16 staff, other Players, or any third parties in connection with Platform use;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, security systems, or game logic.

All content on the 14jl16 Platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, user interface designs, text, logos, trademarks, service marks, and audio-visual materials — is the proprietary property of 14jl16 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from 14jl16;
• Create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Use the 14jl16 name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorization;
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of 14jl16's intellectual property constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

The 14jl16 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 14jl16 expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14jl16 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any Game, whether scheduled or unscheduled;
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to comply with Account security obligations;
• Any loss resulting from your reliance on information published on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate;
• Any loss arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, or cyberattacks beyond 14jl16's reasonable control.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law, 14jl16's total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14jl16 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players on the Platform. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

14jl16 provides the following Responsible Gaming Tools, accessible from within your Account settings at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your 14jl16 wallet;
• Loss Limits: Set caps on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Set automatic session time reminders or hard limits to manage the duration of your play sessions;
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications reminding you of how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered;
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary cooling-off period (24 hours to 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

14jl16 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and employs age verification measures during registration and KYC review. 14jl16 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The Player has breached any provision of this Agreement;
• 14jl16 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct;
• The Player fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• A chargeback or disputed payment has been initiated by the Player or their payment provider;
• 14jl16 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory directive, or order of a competent Philippine authority;
• The Player's Account has been inactive for twelve (12) or more consecutive months.

Upon termination of an Account for cause attributable to a breach by the Player, 14jl16 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including both real-money and Bonus Funds, subject to the outcome of any pending investigation. Where an Account is closed by 14jl16 for reasons not attributable to Player breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the Player's registered payment method.

Players may voluntarily close their 14jl16 Account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal after applicable verification checks are complete.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the 14jl16 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. Players who have a complaint or dispute should contact 14jl16 support in the first instance, providing full details of the issue.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days of the initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate regulatory body or seek resolution through the applicable courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

Nothing in this section shall limit 14jl16's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights or interests.

14jl16 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 14jl16 will notify registered Players by email or by a prominent notice displayed on the Platform for a period of not less than seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the 14jl16 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure as described in Section 13.
